These instructions are for the Narwal Freo Z10. Confirm the robot and base labels before applying them; another Freo or Flow model may use different parts, liquids, or care intervals.

The cleaning and replacement frequencies are manufacturer guidance for this model, not a shared Narwal schedule. If a part, label, or support instruction does not match your Freo Z10, pause and confirm the exact configuration with Narwal.
Detergent and base-station limits
Narwal says to use its own formula in the Freo Z10 robot and vacuum mop. It warns against other-brand detergents and disinfectants, which it says can cause malfunction and affect warranty coverage. Do not apply this restriction to a different Narwal robot without that model’s instructions.
The support page says the base-station base can be removed for cleaning, but it does not describe deeper station disassembly or repair. Stop if liquid reaches electrical parts, a component will not seat, or routine care does not clear an app fault. Use Narwal’s service route for work the exact guide does not describe.
For another Freo or Flow model, first match both the robot and dock labels. Choose the right Narwal maintenance manual, app schedule, and dock procedure to find the correct source; the Freo Z10 intervals do not apply across the range.
