This guidance is for the Narwal Freo Z Ultra; the English manual identifies robot model YJCC01701. Confirm your robot and base labels and use the manual for the country or region where the product was sold. It lists both 100–127 V and 220–240 V station variants without mapping them to specific markets.
Empty and care for the insert bin
When the robot is using its base-station dust collection, Narwal says the owner does not need to remove the dust bin just to empty waste. The replaceable insert bin is a consumable: empty the waste, then rinse or replace the insert as the support instructions show. The page’s removal and reassembly visuals are not preserved in the manual text, so check Narwal’s current product-help media and the exact unit before removing a part.
Replace the station dust bag when full. The app’s dust-bag health index gives an additional status indicator; the support page does not give a fixed calendar interval. Do not run the collection cycle without a correctly fitted bag.
Check consumables and cleaning liquid
Narwal’s support guidance gives these example replacement intervals for the Freo Z Ultra: side brushes and filter every three months, silver-ion mop every one to three months, and roller brush every six months. Wear and actual use can change the timing. Follow the current manual for removal and cleaning steps; the support page does not supply full visual instructions for every part.
Narwal says not to use detergent or disinfectant from another brand with this system. Use only the liquid and procedure approved for the exact Freo Z Ultra configuration. This is a Narwal instruction for this product, not a general rule for all robot mops.
For the baseboard rag, the manual says to rinse it with clean water and air-dry it before reuse. Do not apply that procedure to a different pad or station component.
Stop at the regional or service boundary
If your robot or station labels do not match the identifiers and regional manual, do not infer compatibility from the shared Freo Z Ultra name or the listed voltage ranges. Contact Narwal support for the correct market-specific guidance. Stop for leaks, electrical damage, a sealed pump fault, or a part that does not match the manufacturer’s instructions.
