These eufy support tables apply to three different products. Match the robot name and full alert before using a check. An S1 Pro E-code, an L70 Hybrid Error number, and an X9 Pro Error number are not interchangeable.

S1 Pro robot and base station

The S1 Pro guide has separate robot and base-station rows. Examples include:

Alert Listed first direction
E00 dustbin absent or not seated Reseat the dustbin level with the robot surface, close the cover, and press Start.
E01 roller brush blocked Remove and clean the roller brush, slot, and shaft ends; reinstall the brush guard until it clicks.
E31 wheel debris Check wheel movement, clear the wheel gaps, and press Start.
E55 anti-drop sensor blocked Remove debris and wipe the sensor with a soft cloth. Because the source warns that blockage can allow a fall, keep the robot away from stairs and thresholds until the alert is resolved.
E74 or E76 cannot find the base Check whether the path is blocked; the guide lists moving the robot near the base and pressing Return to Base.
EB01 dust bag full Replace the base dust bag as directed by the S1 Pro support page.

Other S1 Pro base messages identify clean- or dirty-water tank, tray, and cleaning-solution states. Confirm whether the prompt begins with E or EB and which unit is speaking.

L70 Hybrid

The L70 Hybrid page includes numeric alerts and a separate S-code family. Examples from its table:

Alert Listed meaning or first check
Error 1 Front bumper stuck; tap repeatedly to dislodge dust, then reposition if needed.
Error 6 Robot may be suspended; move it near its original position and clean the edge sensor if it still will not start.
Error 14 Dust collector or filter is not installed; reseat and restart.
Error 20 The laser sensor may be blocked by an empty area, metal mirrors, or other multi-reflection devices; remove the interference or move to another area.
Error S1 Check adapter/base power and charging contacts; dock the robot facing the base.
Error S2 Check for a stuck wheel and clear dust before restarting.

The source does not explain the missing Error 10 row or claim its lists are exhaustive. Do not assign a meaning to an unlisted number.

X9 Pro robot and auto-clean station

The X9 Pro guide separates robot and station alerts. Examples include:

Alert Listed first check
Error 2 Clear material from the wheel gap and check that the wheel turns freely.
Error 14 Reseat the dustbin and filter.
Error 18–20 Check the laser cover or sensor for obstruction using the specific message.
Error 21 Clear an obstruction at the station entry.
Error 27–29 Check the cleaning tray, station tray installation, or lid according to the exact message.
Error 30 The station input voltage is abnormal; check the unit’s voltage requirements against local supply. Do not infer a regional SKU from the voltage alert.

These are selected rows from current support pages, not complete alert dictionaries. Use the link for the exact model and the exact spoken or app message for other alerts. If a prompt repeats after the listed external check, contact eufy support. The existing G-series voice alert table and X8 wheel alert guide have separate product scopes.
