eufy’s Dynamic Navigation (G-series) quick-reference page maps voice alerts to short first checks. The table does not give exact model or SKU coverage for most rows, and it is not a complete alert inventory. Match the robot to its own manual before removing a brush or using a procedure.
Quick reference
| Alert on eufy’s G-series page | What the page says | First check in that page |
|---|---|---|
| Error 1 | Front bumper stuck | Tap the bumper repeatedly to remove dust; if needed, move the robot and retry. |
| Error 2 | Wheel may be stuck or trapped | Clear nearby obstacles and wheel dust, then move the robot and retry. |
| Error 3 | Side brush stuck | Clean the side brush and retry. |
| Error 4 | Rolling brush stuck | Remove and clean the rolling brush, roller joint, cover, and suction inlet only as the exact model instructions allow. |
| Error 5 | Robot trapped | Clear nearby obstacles and retry. |
| Error 6 | Robot trapped or suspended | Move the robot near the alert location; the page says to clean the edge sensor if it still cannot start. |
| Error 7 | Wheels suspended | Move it to a flat surface near the alert location and retry. |
| Error 8 | Low battery | Charge the robot and retry. |
| Error 9 | Magnetic strip or strong magnetic field detected | This row is limited to G30 Edge/Verge models used with boundary strips. |
| Error 10 | Path-tracking sensor needs cleaning | Check the exact model manual for the supported sensor-cleaning method. |
| Error 21 | Auto-Empty Station blocked by nearby obstacles | The linked detailed page is labeled for L70/G/G+ series; do not apply it to every G-series robot. |
| Error 22 | Robot was picked up | Put it back near the starting place. |
| Error S1 | Battery Error | Check the adapter and dock power, wipe the charging pins with a dry cloth, and allow the robot to dock using its supported button or app. Contact eufy if it persists. |
| Error S2 | Wheel Module Error | Check for stuck wheels or trapped dust, then restart. Contact eufy if it persists. |
| Error S3 | Side Brush Error | Check for an obstruction, then restart. Contact eufy if it persists. |
| Error S4 | Suction Fan Error | Check for a fan obstruction and clean the dust collector and filter as the manual directs. Contact eufy if it persists. |
| Error S5 | Rolling Brush Error | Clean the rolling brush and accessible connection, cover, and suction inlet as the exact model instructions allow. Contact eufy if it persists. |
Important model limits
The quick-reference page does not say which exact G-series models use most of these rows. Its Error 9 row names G30 Edge/Verge with boundary strips. Its Error 21 link names L70/G/G+ series. Check the full voice message, product label, and current eufy manual before following a model-specific step.
A separate eufy support page for L70/G-series products describes Error 6 as a suspended robot or a robot stuck on a ledge, with dusty or covered drop sensors as one possible contributor. It recommends powering off and wiping the accessible sensors with a dry cloth, then retesting near the original location. That is a separate support page; it does not make the quick-reference Error 6 wording a universal eufy diagnosis.
If an alert persists after the documented external check, stop and contact eufy. An alert does not establish that a battery, fan, wheel, or sensor needs replacement.
