The ECOVACS Global support page for DEEBOT X9 PRO OMNI BLACK has separate guidance for a drive-wheel running alert and “Laser Sensor Abnormal.” These are not numbered codes, and the support pages do not establish coverage for other X9 variants or regional SKUs. Match the exact product and message first.
“Difficulty running, check drive wheels”
The linked FAQ says to remove the top cover, switch the robot off at its power switch, remove the dirty-water box, and turn the robot over. Press and turn the drive wheels to clear tangles. For surface stains, use a brush or a damp, wrung-out cloth as the FAQ describes.
Follow the current visual instructions for the exact robot before turning it over or removing its cover. The FAQ does not say that a stuck wheel proves the wheel motor has failed, and it gives no part fitment information. If the wheel remains stuck or looks damaged, contact ECOVACS instead of opening the wheel assembly.
“Laser Sensor Abnormal”
ECOVACS says to gently rotate the laser unit until the radar lens faces forward, wipe the lens with a soft brush or clean cloth, then power the robot off, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on. Do not force or disassemble the laser unit. The FAQ gives no further step for an alert that persists, so use current ECOVACS support for the exact variant.
