Dreame, DEEBOT, Shark, and eufy organize model names and support pages differently. An official family page is a starting point; it does not replace the exact robot identifier, station code, sales region, or manual revision. Record those details before choosing a troubleshooting page or accessory.
Keep the robot and station identifiers separate
| Brand example | Robot identifier | Station or base identifier | What the example does and does not establish |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dreame L40 Ultra, US-A00 manual | R2492C | The manual names supply unit RCXE0307-5; it is not identified here as a station model code | This earlier L40 configuration is a separate manual anchor. |
| Dreame L40 Ultra Gen 2, US-A00 manual | RLL53SE | RCLE0512 | This manual’s US robot/base pair. It is distinct from another L40 configuration and does not establish other regions or replacement fitment. |
| Dreame L50 Ultra, US-A01 manual | RLL94CE | RCLE0101 | A separate US manual configuration. The manual says a water-hookup kit is available only in specific regions but does not name them. |
| ECOVACS DEEBOT | Use the complete model name and the exact manual’s robot/station fields | Record the OMNI station or supply model separately when the manual lists one | X/T support and accessory pages may organize a component group differently from another model page. |
| Shark Matrix 2-in-1 | Record the exact model from the external label and match its owner’s guide | Verify the matching bundle and region in official support | The 2400WD manual is a model-specific guide; a Shark family name does not identify a different model’s parts. |
| eufy RoboVac | The Product Number (PN) is the model identifier | Record the base-station SN or model if your unit has one | eufy says the app Device ID is available only for supported Wi-Fi models; it is not universal. |
Dreame’s X50 Ultra/X50 Ultra Complete manual says the covered robot may be used only with base-station models RCXE0105, RCXE0108, or RCXE0109 and warns against third-party base stations. Keep that restriction with the exact manual; it does not map each listed station to a robot-region code or authorize a station for another Dreame model. Check the X50 manual.
The Dreame codes above are printed in their individual US manuals: L40 Ultra, L40 Ultra Gen 2, and L50 Ultra. Keep the revision and region next to each identifier. Similar family names do not establish that the robots, bases, supplies, batteries, or accessories fit each other.
Use the support page that names your exact model
ECOVACS provides model-specific support pages for products such as the N8+ and X1 TURBO. Their US accessory listings use named model groups that can differ by item. A cleaning kit or mop group does not prove that a filter, brush, station, or another model in the same series has the same fit.
For supported DEEBOTs, the US app setup guide starts with scanning the robot QR code. ECOVACS also documents a serial number on the box or robot, with other locations depending on the model. Prefer the external label and current support flow; do not remove a battery or open a sealed panel just to look for a number. See the network connection guide and the serial-number FAQ. Both are US support references; verify the local market and current model page.
For eufy, the PN on the robot body identifies the model. The SN is commonly on the robot underside or back of the base station; the Device ID in the app applies only to Wi-Fi models that support app connection. eufy lists a model-specific S1 Pro exception, so do not generalize one label location to every RoboVac. Check eufy’s current identity instructions.
Accessory groupings can also have model or purchase-date conditions. For example, eufy’s US replacement-kit listing groups selected RoboVac models and includes a G30 date qualification. Read the current listing for the complete model and date conditions; do not treat the group as a brand-wide fitment statement.
Keep regional and revision clues attached
Use the manual for the market where the robot was sold. A US-A00 Dreame manual, a US-A01 manual, and a UK or EU product listing may not describe the same robot, base, electrical configuration, or accessory set. Support catalogs and apps can also change after purchase.
Dreame’s global declaration index is useful for seeing how product labels and identifier strings are presented, but the index does not explain every code’s role or map all entries to a region, robot, or base. Keep a code unresolved if its meaning cannot be verified against the matching manual. Do not treat repeated or combined strings as a cross-market model map.
For Shark, start with the external robot model label and its exact owner’s guide. A series-specific manual or a part listing for one model does not identify every robot in the brand. Avoid removing or handling a battery to locate an identifier.
A short identity check
- Photograph the external robot model label and copy the complete model or PN.
- Photograph the station label separately, if present.
- Record purchase country, manual title, app device name, and any model suffix.
- Match each identifier to the current support page for that brand and region.
- Confirm the exact component listing before ordering; a matching family name or one shared accessory group is not enough.
If the identity remains unclear, use the model checklist and ask the manufacturer to confirm which local manual applies. For exact DEEBOT X/T examples, see the ECOVACS model guide; for eufy Omni examples, see the eufy Omni guide.
