DEEBOT family names do not identify every robot and OMNI station. Record the exact model shown by the robot and the separate station or supply code shown in its manual. Keep the region with both identifiers: an EU T50 manual, North American station manual, and US support catalog may describe different configurations.
Selected robot and station codes
| Model or manual | Robot code | Station or supply code | Scope |
|---|---|---|---|
| DEEBOT X11 OmniCyclone | OZMOX11M (US product-page SKU) | OMNICYCLONE station is named; a separate station model code is not established here | US product page. |
| DEEBOT X9 PRO OMNI | DEX61-P | CH2497D | Exact ECOVACS manual configuration; 110–120 V station input. Manual language and compliance sections provide regional context, not retail availability mapping. |
| DEEBOT X12 Family AMR | DEX35 | CH2542 | Manual lists a 110–120 V station configuration and English, Canadian French, and Latin American Spanish sections. This does not identify every retail product called X12. |
| DEEBOT T80S OMNI | DEX62 | CH2497F | North American manual configuration; station input is listed as 110–120 V. |
| DEEBOT T80 Family | DEX68 | CH2497A | Hong Kong manual edition; 220–240 V station input. This is distinct from T80S OMNI and does not establish UK, US, or Canadian equivalence. |
| DEEBOT T50 Gen3 Family | DEX69 / DDX47 | CH2453L / CH2453M | EU manual configuration. The manual does not map each identifier to every retail SKU or other market. |
| DEEBOT T30C | DLX71 | CH2471 | US manual configuration; the manual lists a 110–120 V station input. Confirm the physical label and local manual. |
| DEEBOT T30S COMBO | DDX14 | CH2367 | US family-manual configuration; the handheld vacuum is separately identified as FM2320. The station input is 110–120 V, 50–60 Hz. |
These codes help match a manual to a robot and station; they are not part numbers or proof of replacement fit. For example, the X12 Family AMR manual is a distinct source from the US X12 PRO OMNI support page. Do not assume that all products branded X12 use the DEX35/CH2542 configuration.
Check the component group, not just the family
ECOVACS support pages and product listings can group accessories differently by component. The US X12 PRO OMNI page lists one named group for its main brush, roller mop, and filter, but a different group for its side brush. The US T50 PRO OMNI page likewise lists distinct groups for kits, side brushes, filters, dust bags, and mops. These are current catalog examples for the named listings, not a universal fitment chart.
The X11 OmniCyclone US page identifies SKU OZMOX11M and lists separate accessory groupings for brushes, filters, cleaning solution, and a roller mop. A roller-mop listing that includes an X11 and T80S does not establish that their filters, stations, or other parts match. Recheck the exact live listing and exact component before ordering.
ECOVACS also has a support hub named DEEBOT T90 PRO OMNI. Its US product and support pages identify the product and selected support topics, but do not state physical robot or station codes. Treat the model name as a route to the exact hub, not as a hardware identifier. Use its US product page and support page for the current listing and manual links; component-specific catalog groups remain limited to the exact live rows.
The DEEBOT X9 PRO OMNI manual identifies robot DEX61-P and station CH2497D. ECOVACS has a separate Global support hub titled X9 PRO OMNI BLACK with model-specific guides. Match the manual and support hub to the label on your unit; the manual does not provide a complete retail or replacement-station map. See the X9 PRO OMNI manual and support hub.
Use the manual to distinguish robot from station
An OMNI station has its own model and components. The T80S manual, for example, identifies robot DEX62 and station CH2497F separately and labels the robot’s roller mop, dust bin, brushes, sensors, and charging contacts apart from the station’s tanks, dust collection cabin, and mop-washing tray. That component vocabulary can help you describe what you are looking at; it does not establish replacement-part compatibility.
The EU T50 Gen3 manual identifies product models DEX69/DDX47 and station/supply models CH2453L/CH2453M. It also directs battery replacement to skilled persons or customer service and says to match the station supply to its marked voltage. Do not apply the EU manual’s electrical or service details to a US or Canadian robot based only on “T50” in the name.
The DEEBOT T30C US manual separately names robot model DLX71 and station CH2471. Keep the commercial name and the manual’s physical identifiers together, and use the listed station rating only for that manual configuration. The US T30C product page provides feature descriptions but no physical codes. Neither page establishes equivalence with other T30 models or replacement-station fitment. See the T30C manual and US product page.
Two US pages also use the X12S name for separate systems: the X12S OmniCyclone page describes a bagless station, while the X12S PRO OMNI page is reached through a cleaning-solution-kit listing and describes a 12-in-1 OMNI station. Neither page provides physical robot or station codes. Do not collapse them into one configuration or map either to the X12 Family AMR manual because of the shared X12/X12S wording. Compare the exact X12S OmniCyclone page and X12S PRO OMNI page, then verify your physical labels.
ECOVACS has a separate US support hub for the T30S COMBO Black robot-and-handheld system. Its visible guide index does not provide physical codes, but the US family manual identifies robot DDX14, station CH2367, and handheld vacuum FM2320; the station input is 110–120 V, 50–60 Hz. Keep the handheld as a separate component and these identifiers with the exact US manual. They do not establish cross-region or replacement compatibility. Do not transfer the T30C DLX71/CH2471 pair to a T30S COMBO. See the T30S COMBO support page and match the manual to your unit.
Identify your own unit
- Copy the complete DEEBOT model from the robot label or current official app flow.
- Copy the station or supply code from the matching manual and physical station label.
- Record the country of sale and the exact manual title or language/region version.
- Find the same model on the official support page for that market.
- For a replacement part, confirm that the live listing names your exact model and the exact component.
If the label is missing, use ECOVACS’ current QR or app selection flow as an identity aid, then confirm the physical model with support. Do not infer a station, voltage, battery, or part match from a shared X or T prefix. Start with the general model identity checklist if the robot or station code is unclear.
