This guide covers the CE manual’s Saros 10R robot S91COP and refill-and-drain dock EWFD29HRR. Check both labels before using any instruction below. The manual also names EWFD28HRR as a supplied charging dock; that does not establish that it has the EWFD29HRR plumbing system.

Confirm the electrical configuration

The manual rates dock EWFD29HRR at 220–240 V AC, 50–60 Hz. It does not map this configuration to every UK or Canadian retail unit or establish suitability for a 120 V supply. Compare the rating on your actual dock with the exact regional manual and local supply before use. If the labels or ratings do not match, stop and contact Roborock for the correct instructions.

Plan installation with an authorized professional

The manual says Roborock assumes responsibility only for losses resulting from installation performed by authorized Roborock technicians, and that local regulations apply. Because this dock connects to household water and electricity, arrange installation through an authorized Roborock technician and have the applicable local plumbing and electrical requirements confirmed. The limits below are planning checks for that installer; they are not instructions for connecting household pipes.

Check for this dock Manual limit
Water inlet pressure 0.1–0.4 MPa; the manual calls for a pressure-reducing valve if pressure exceeds 0.4 MPa.
Drain outlet diameter At least 0.015 m (15 mm).
Drainpipe height The highest point of the drainpipe must be no more than 1 m above the floor where the dock sits; Roborock prefers no more than 0.5 m.
Water supply Room-temperature tap water, not reclaimed or hot water.
Dock power 220–240 V AC, 50–60 Hz for EWFD29HRR. Verify the actual dock label.

The manual says not to reuse old hose sets: use new pipes supplied with the product or recommended by Roborock. It also says not to move a properly installed dock. Do not retrofit, disconnect, or alter the water pipes yourself based on this summary.

After the authorized installer commissions the system, the manual describes a refill-and-drain self-check in the Roborock app. Observe whether the dock fills and drains normally and check the result. If you see a leak or the check fails, stop using the system and contact the installer or Roborock support rather than opening the dock.

Clean the removable tray and filter

Roborock says to switch off the product and unplug it before cleaning or maintenance. The manual permits rinsing the removed cleaning tray and its filter; this does not mean the robot or dock can be rinsed.

  1. Remove the cleaning-tray module using the manual’s steps for this model.
  2. Take the cleaning tray and filter out of the module and rinse those parts with water.
  3. Reinstall the filter and tray, then return the module to the dock.

Clean these parts as required. Do not remove or reconnect the plumbing as part of tray cleaning. If the tray or filter will not seat, the dock leaks, or a water or electrical fault persists, stop and arrange service.

For ordinary checks on other self-emptying or mop-washing systems, see general dock water, emptying, washing, and drying care. This guide applies only to the S91COP and EWFD29HRR configuration named in the linked Roborock manual.
