This schedule comes from the Qrevo CurvX FCC manual for robot Qrevo CurvX and dock EWFD38LRR. The FCC document does not establish a CE, UK, or Canadian hardware crosswalk. Before maintenance, switch off the robot and unplug the dock as the manual directs.

Care intervals

Part Care Replacement example
Main brushes Every 2 weeks Every 6–12 months
Side brush Monthly Every 3–6 months
Washable filter Every 2 weeks Every 6–12 months
Mop cloths As required Every 1–3 months
Robot sensors and charging contacts As required —

Replace a worn or damaged part sooner. The schedule does not assign a single routine interval to every dock component.

Clean and dry the filter and bin

Remove the dustbin and washable filter. Rinse them with clean water only; do not add cleaning liquid and do not rub the filter surface with fingers, brushes, or hard objects. Let both parts air-dry for at least 24 hours before reinstalling. Keep the filter out of service until it is completely dry.

The main brushes may be wiped with a wet cloth and air-dried away from direct sunlight. Do not use corrosive cleaner or disinfectant on them. For wheel care, the omnidirectional wheel can be removed slowly, rinsed, dried, and reinstalled, but its bracket cannot be removed.

Use a soft, dry cloth on robot sensors and charging contacts. The dock dirty-water tank uses cold water only; the manual warns that hotter water can deform it. Clean the removable dock tray and its filter only in the manual’s order. Do not touch hot-water dispensing or drying outlets while they operate.

The manual’s battery-removal directions are for disposal only. They do not authorize routine battery replacement, and the manual prohibits dismantling or repairing the battery or dock. For the separate Qrevo Edge US manual, see the Qrevo Edge guide.
