eufy X10 Pro Omni T2351 Robot and Station Care

This guide follows the eufy X10 Pro Omni T2351 manual. Confirm that identifier and the matching Omni Station on your unit; the manual’s US and EU input ratings do not create a UK or Canadian model crosswalk. Before maintenance, turn off the device and unplug its power adapter. The manual routes other servicing to an authorized service representative.

Clean the dust box and filter

The manual lists weekly dust-box and filter cleaning and filter replacement every 3–6 months, depending on use.

1. Open the top cover and remove the dust box.
2. Press the dust-box release, open it, and empty the contents.
3. Remove the filter and tap dust from it.
4. Rinse the dust box and filter thoroughly with water as directed.
5. Air-dry both completely before reuse; reinstall the filter in the box and push the box back into the robot.

Do not run the robot with a wet filter. Follow the live manual’s diagrams to identify the release parts and orientation.

Clean brushes, wheels, sensors, and contacts

The T2351 manual’s care examples include monthly cleaning for the side brush, brush guard, sensors, charging pins, and swivel wheel, and monthly care for the rolling brush. It lists replacement intervals of 3–6 months for the side brush and guard, six months for the rolling brush, and 3–6 months for the filter. Actual frequency depends on use.

Switch the robot off and disconnect the adapter first. Remove only the parts described in the T2351 manual, clear hair and debris with its instructions, then refit them. Use the stated soft-cloth method for sensors and charging pins. Do not spray fluid into an opening, force a wheel, or open a motor.

Clean the station and resolve the tank schedule

Empty and clean the dirty-water tank using the T2351 instructions. The manual’s maintenance table says to clean it when full, while its mopping section says to clean it after each cleaning session to prevent mildew or odor. The same manual contains both statements; check the current complete manual or eufy support for the cadence you should use.

Clean the detachable mop-pad cleaning tray as shown in the manual and reinstall it fully. The manual lists mop-pad replacement every 3–6 months. Do not transfer another dock’s water, detergent, or tray procedure to this station.

After reassembly, reconnect power only as directed and run a short normal test. Stop for a leak, damage, persistent alert, or a fault that requires opening the station.
