This guide follows the English manual for robot DDH56, Auto-Empty Station CH2420, and FlexiControl Stick FM24B1. The manual lists a 220–240 V, 50–60 Hz station; it does not establish US or Canadian electrical applicability. These products and procedures are distinct from DEEBOT X5 PRO OMNI.

Robot schedule and filter

The robot schedule calls for weekly main-brush and filter care, side-brush care every two weeks, and roughly monthly sensor, contact, and wheel care. The main brush has a 6–12-month replacement example; the side brush and robot filter have 3–6-month examples.

The robot dust bin and filter may be rinsed as directed. Do not rub the filter with fingers or a brush, and dry it completely before reuse. Use a dry cloth on sensors, bumper, and charging contacts to avoid water damage. For extended storage, fully charge and power off the robot, then recharge it every 1.5 months to reduce over-discharge risk.

FlexiControl Stick FM24B1

Remove the stick’s dust bucket and empty it. Remove the filter and multi-cone structure. The multi-cone structure must not be washed; wipe it with a damp cloth only if needed. The dust bucket and sponge filter may be rinsed, then must be dried completely before use. The manual gives a 3–6-month cleaning and replacement example for the stick filter, depending on washing and condition.

Reinstall the dried parts in the documented order. Stop if a filter, bucket, or connector does not match the FM24B1 manual. The instructions do not authorize opening the stick motor, robot battery pack, station pump, or wiring.

Follow the official X5 Hybrid manual for illustrations and unit-specific warnings. For the separate X5 PRO OMNI tank and brush FAQs, see the X5 PRO OMNI guide.
