This guide follows ECOVACS’s US manual for the DEEBOT X12 family. Confirm the product is an X12-family robot with the matching OMNI station. The procedures and intervals below do not establish care for other DEEBOT families or station variants.

Switch off the robot before cleaning or maintenance. Do not run it without the dust bin or required filters, and do not rinse the robot itself. Let washable parts dry completely before reuse.

Clean the robot and roller

The manual’s schedule lists weekly care for the main brush and robot filter, side-brush care every two weeks, and a 1–2 month replacement example for the roller. It gives 3–6 month examples for side-brush and filter replacement and 6–12 months for the main brush; wear and use can change the timing.

  • Dust bin and filter: Remove the bin and filter, rinse them as the manual shows, and air-dry completely. Do not brush or scrub the filter element by hand.
  • Roller: Release and remove the roller as described in the manual. Clean and dry it, then wipe the roller chamber with a wrung-out damp cloth. Do not pull the roller motor components forcefully.
  • Drip tray: Remove it, clean and dry it, then reinstall it firmly.
  • Sensors and charging contacts: Wipe the named sensors, navigation and obstacle modules, and contacts with a clean dry cloth. Do not use a wet cloth, spray, or detergent on these sensitive areas.

Clean the OMNI station

The manual lists emptying the station dust container after each use. For its sponge filter, remove the filter, rinse the container and sponge, then dry the sponge filter completely before reuse. The schedule lists cleaning this filter every 3–6 months and replacing it after multiple washes or within the stated interval.

Remove the mop-washing tray and its filter in the stated order, clean both, then reinstall them securely. The chart gives weekly drip-tray care, monthly cleaning-solution-unit care, monthly dirty-water-tank care, and clean-water-tank care every three months. Follow the exact manual for each part; do not substitute a different station’s liquid or water method.

Reassemble and test

Confirm each filter, roller, tray, and container is dry and seated before restoring normal operation. If a part does not fit, the station leaks, a sensor or contact is damaged, or a fault requires access to a sealed assembly, stop and contact ECOVACS support.

These are US X12-family manual procedures. They do not establish a regional crosswalk or authorize battery, pump, electrical, or motor repair. For the related but separately scoped T90 OMNI EU1 and T50 Gen3 FAMILY EU guides, confirm the exact robot and station identifiers first.
