This guide follows the EU family manual for robot models DEX69/DDX47 and stations CH2453L/CH2453M. Confirm the robot and station labels. The station is rated 220–240 V; the manual does not map these identifiers to a US, UK, or Canadian product variant. Use only the matching regional manual and station.

Clean the robot bin and brushes

The manual lists weekly main-brush care with 6–12 month replacement examples, weekly filter care with 3–6 month replacement examples, and side-brush cleaning every two weeks with 3–6 month replacement examples. The washable mopping pad has a 1–2 month replacement interval; the dust bag is replaced when the app prompts. These intervals apply only to this family manual.

  1. Empty the dust box, open the filter net, and remove the filter.
  2. Remove dust from both sides of the filter net. Do not brush or scrub the filter element by hand.
  3. Rinse the bin and filter with clean water, shake off droplets, and let the filter air-dry completely before reusing it.
  4. To clean the main brush, open its cover and remove the brush and comb teeth. Clean them, then reinstall the comb teeth, brush, and cover in that order.
  5. Clean the side brush as shown in the manual. Turn off the robot before maintenance.

Use a dry cloth on the sensor lens, bumper, and charging contacts. The manual says the lens and bumper should not be wiped with a wet cloth; contacts contain sensitive electronic components.

Maintain the OMNI station

The schedule lists monthly care for the dirty-water tank, dust-collection cabin, station body, and bottom, and clean-water tank care every three months. Replace the dust bag when the app prompts. Remove and clean the mop-washing tray and slope base, then reinstall them correctly so the station can operate normally. Unplug the station before its maintenance.

For extended storage, the manual says to fully charge and switch off the robot, recharge it every 1.5 months, empty the water tanks, and keep the roller mop dry. The manual also routes battery replacement to a skilled person or Customer Service; these care steps do not authorize battery work.

Stop if the equipment labels differ, a part will not seat normally, the station leaks, or a fault requires opening a sealed assembly. For related water and station troubleshooting, see dock water, emptying, washing, and drying care.
