This guide follows the ECOVACS DEEBOT X11 PRO OMNI instruction manual. It covers the named robot and its OMNI Station; it does not establish care instructions for the separate X11 OmniCyclone product or another X11 variant. Check the robot and dock labels before using an interval or procedure.
Robot schedule
| Part | Care interval | Replacement example |
|---|---|---|
| Roller mop | Weekly | Every 1–2 months |
| Main brush | Weekly | Every 6–12 months |
| Filter | Weekly | Every 3–6 months |
| Side brush | Every 2 weeks | Every 3–6 months |
| Sensors, bumper, camera, contacts, and listed modules | About monthly | Not stated |
The manual also calls for weekly care of the robot drip tray and dirty-water box. Use the current app prompt for the dust bag; no fixed replacement period is stated. Treat the intervals as schedule examples and inspect sooner if the robot reports a problem or a part is visibly damaged.
OMNI Station schedule
Clean the clean-water tank every three months. The dirty-water tank, station body and bottom, and cleaning-solution unit have monthly care; the mop-washing tray is scheduled every five months. Follow the station’s own access sequence and do not assume these frequencies apply to another OMNI Station.
Filter, brush, and roller-mop handling
The manual permits rinsing the dust bin and filter with water. Remove the filter, rinse it without rubbing it with fingers or a brush, and let both parts dry completely before reinstalling. Do not run the robot with a wet filter. For main-brush care, empty remaining liquid from the dirty-water box and drip tray before turning the robot over.
To remove the roller mop, use the robot control to extend the assembly, press its side release, and remove the roller. Do not pull forcefully while the mop is retracted. Refit the roller in its end cover and use the control to retract it as the manual shows. If the illustrated orientation is unclear, check the official manual before continuing.
Use a dry cloth for the listed sensors, bumper, and charging contacts. The manual warns against a wet cloth on contacts and says not to wash the robot with water. It does not authorize opening a sealed motor, pump, battery, or station assembly.
For the separate robot-side tray and alert procedure on the X11 OmniCyclone, see the X11 OmniCyclone guide. For other systems, start with filter care or dock care.
