ECOVACS publishes separate X11 OmniCyclone instructions for a roller-mop-tangled alert and for cleaning the robot’s water tray. The robot-side tray is not the OMNI Station mop-washing tray. These pages do not establish that either procedure applies to the X11 PRO OMNI.
The support pages use diagrams or video for some orientation details. Check the current tangled-alert page and water-tray page before using tools or refitting a part.
Clear the roller-mop-tangled alert
- Double-press AUTO to extend the roller-mop assembly.
- Press the release latch inside the assembly. Remove the roller and its end cover.
- Remove the dirty-water box before turning the robot over; this prevents a leak from residual liquid.
- Clear debris from the accessible roller cavity with the tool shown by ECOVACS. The support page also mentions a screwdriver, but does not authorize opening the roller motor or a sealed assembly.
- Rotate the roller-motor bearing by hand and confirm it turns smoothly.
- Refit the roller end cover, align the roller with the motor, and push until it clicks.
- Double-press AUTO to retract the assembly and reinstall the dirty-water box.
- Restart the robot. If the alert remains, contact ECOVACS support.
The published procedure does not state a power-off prerequisite. Follow any additional safety directions in the current exact-model manual. Do not continue if the roller orientation is uncertain or the part resists.
Clean the robot water tray
- Double-press AUTO to extend the roller-mop assembly. Lift one side slightly as shown on the support page.
- Slide the blue latch upward and remove the tray and its filter.
- Clean the tray and filter, then return the filter to the tray. The page does not name an approved cleaner or give a maintenance interval.
- Reattach the tray until it clicks, then double-press AUTO to retract the roller assembly.
If you must flip the robot to reach the tray, remove the dirty-water box first. The tray guide does not describe internal water-path repair. For the X11 PRO OMNI’s distinct schedule, use the X11 PRO guide; for other robot-side procedures, see brush and sensor cleaning.
