Eureka’s US support pages provide selected checks for several models, not a complete Eureka alert dictionary. Use the matching product section; shared words such as “radar” do not guarantee that the same sequence applies to every model.

J15 Max Ultra

For a “move near blockage” app prompt, Eureka suggests checking for furniture or another obstruction and continuing from a button press. For “LIDAR malfunction,” clear visible debris, check whether the cover is stuck, observe whether LiDAR runs, and restart. For “wheel is stuck,” clear entanglement, hand-spin the wheel, and use app manual control to check straight travel. These checks do not diagnose a failed component.

The page also has a water-tank prompt with additional steps. Follow its current model instructions rather than improvising with a syringe, tool, or other method.

E20 Plus

For “please clear or tap radar,” the E20 Plus page says to wipe the radar surface and tap the RiDAR cover. Restart the robot and app. If the prompt remains, use the reset button near the Wi-Fi configuration button to switch the robot off and on. If it is still unresolved, report it through Help and Feedback in the app.

E10s

The E10s page uses the same prompt wording but has its own sequence: check for tangles around the RiDAR, wipe the surface, tap the cover, and restart the robot and app. If the alert remains, use the reset button near Wi-Fi configuration. For a persistent alert, Eureka asks owners to report through app feedback and upload the device log and device ID.

J15 Ultra

The J15 Ultra page describes selected operating states:

  • “Detecting the carpet”: move the robot off the carpet, short-press power to continue, and check whether the ultrasonic sensor is dirty.
  • Mop-cleaning tank full or unable to clean mops: check firmware, tray blockage and suction-port position, dirty-water transfer, and tank seal.
  • Cannot return to charge: check base power, station position on the map, robot and base infrared lenses, and obstacles or prohibited areas.

These are separate procedures for the J15 Ultra. The support pages do not establish complete SKU or regional coverage. Stop if the alert persists or a check is unclear for your exact model, and use Eureka’s current support page. See the alert identification workflow to record the exact app text and robot/base model.
