These checks come from three ECOVACS US support pages for the DEEBOT T80 OMNI. They do not establish coverage for a T80S, another regional version, or another DEEBOT. Match the alert wording to the T80 OMNI page before handling the robot or station.
Bumper Stuck
Remove the robot’s bumper protector strip. Gently tap the bumper at the left, center, and right, and check that it springs back. The support page does not give a reset or replacement-part diagnosis for this alert.
Abnormal dust bag installation
ECOVACS orders these station checks:
- Disconnect station power.
- Remove the dust-collection cabin cover and take out the dust bag.
- Reinstall the bag and close the cover.
- Restore station power and test Auto-Empty in the app.
The page does not identify a bag part number or provide a separate persistent-alert procedure.
Difficulty running or slipping during cleaning
For the T80 OMNI running-difficulty alert, remove the top cover and switch the robot power to O. Remove the dirty-water box and turn the robot over as the model instructions allow. Press and rotate the drive wheels to clear tangles. Wipe surface stains with a wrung-out damp cloth or use a brush. The page does not say that a drive module has failed.
Power the robot off before handling wheels or turning it over. Keep moisture away from openings and electrical parts. Stop if the alert persists after the exact support steps, or if a component appears damaged, and contact ECOVACS. See wheel and sensor alert safety checks for general context.
