ECOVACS Global’s DEEBOT mini Red support page treats abnormal station communication as a robot-and-station issue. The FAQ does not give a numeric code or exact SKU list. Check that your product matches the DEEBOT mini Red support page before using these steps.

Check power and docking

  1. Disconnect power to the station and reconnect it.
  2. Press and hold the robot’s power button to turn it off.
  3. Push the robot into the station and confirm that it enters a charging state.
  4. Press the robot’s power button and check whether the issue remains.

If the robot does not charge on the station or communication remains abnormal, stop and contact ECOVACS customer service for the exact robot and station. This FAQ does not establish the same alert or recovery sequence for other DEEBOT models.

Confirm the charging state before retrying

The charging-state check is the branch point in this sequence: redock the robot and verify that it has entered charging before pressing its power button again. That confirms the step reached the station’s charging state at that moment; it does not identify a failed dock part or establish a lasting repair. If charging does not begin, or abnormal communication remains after the retry, use ECOVACS customer service rather than repeating the steps indefinitely. Have the robot and station names ready so support can confirm that this DEEBOT mini Red procedure applies.
