Saros names can refer to different robot and station configurations. Record the robot model and dock code from the same manual, along with the market and manual version. The examples below are identity fields from selected Roborock manuals, not a full Saros catalog or a list of compatible replacement docks.

Compare the identifiers in the matching manual

Manual configuration Robot model Dock or station identifiers named Region or manual boundary
Saros 10 S90VER EWFD32HRR; the manual also names EWFD33HRR in a charging restriction Roborock support manual for this configuration.
Saros 10R S91COP EWFD28HRR or EWFD29HRR US manual configuration.
Saros Z70 RRE0R50 EWFD28HRR EU manual configuration.
Saros 20 with refill-and-drainage system RRE0CPS EWFD51HRR station; the manual names EWFD51HRR or EWFD42HRR as supplied charging docks CE manual configuration.
Saros 20 Sonic RRE0VES EWFD55LRR or EWFD56LRR FCC/IC manual configuration for US/Canada identity checking.

The table preserves the codes as printed in each source. A repeated dock code in two manuals does not establish that docks are interchangeable, that replacement fitment is supported, or that a model sold under a similar name uses the same configuration. In particular, the CE Saros 20 and the FCC/IC Saros 20 Sonic have different robot and station identifiers.

Roborock’s US product page also names Saros 20 Flow, but it does not state physical robot or station model codes. Do not assign the CE Saros 20 or FCC/IC Saros 20 Sonic identifiers to Flow based on the shared “Saros 20” name. Match the label and the manual for the exact Flow unit before using model-specific guidance. See the Saros 20 Flow product page.

Use the physical labels as a cross-check

Roborock’s selected manuals place the robot serial label on the underside. Check the exact manual for your robot; do not assume every model uses an identical label or dock. Record the station’s own model number from its label rather than copying the robot’s code.

Before using charging, water, app, or replacement-part instructions:

  1. Match the complete robot model to the manual for the same market.
  2. Match the station code to that manual and the physical dock label.
  3. Note whether the station is a standard dock or a refill-and-drainage system.
  4. Keep the manual’s electrical and charging restrictions with the model.
  5. Ask Roborock to confirm the configuration if labels or support pages conflict.

Do not use a charging restriction as a replacement-dock compatibility statement. Do not infer a battery, mop, accessory, or station match from the Saros family name.

For the stated mop and sensing-system differences between the Saros 20 and Saros 20 Sonic, see the model comparison. For selected Q Revo-family identifiers, see the Q Revo guide. Begin with the general identity checklist if you are not sure which model label to use.
