SwitchBot says the dust pack for the Mini Robot Vacuum K10+, K10+ Pro, K11+, and K11+ Pro must not be washed in water. Confirm the exact model and the manufacturer’s terms for the component in your dock; this advice does not establish pack or bag compatibility across models.

Keep the dust pack dry

Do not rinse or soak the named dust pack. Remove and replace it using the current instructions for the exact dock rather than trying to clean it with water. SwitchBot does not provide another cleaning method here, so do not substitute wiping or vacuuming for replacement.

SwitchBot’s dust-pack FAQ calls the pack disposable and gives a 1–2-month replacement interval. A separate dust-bag FAQ gives a 2–3-month estimate depending on use and environment; its examples assume a 4 L bag and about 80 g of debris per cleaning. Because these intervals conflict, this guide does not prescribe a replacement date. Check the current support page and the indicator for your exact model.

Neither FAQ establishes that K10+, K10+ Pro, K11+, and K11+ Pro bags or dust packs are interchangeable. Match the model label and packaging. If the pack is torn, will not seat, or dust escapes after replacement, stop the emptying cycle and contact SwitchBot support rather than modifying the dock.
