The Aqua10 Ultra Roller manuals document this care for two base-station configurations. Check both equipment labels and follow the manual that names your base; the robot identifiers alone do not identify its electrical variant.

| Manual | Robot identifiers listed | Base station | Rated input | Washboard interval | |—|—|—|—| | Multilingual global manual | RLH71DE, RLH71DE-1 | RCHE0401 | 220–240 V, 50–60 Hz | Every 2 weeks | | EU-A00 manual | RLH71DE, RLH71DE-1 | RCHE0401 | 220–240 V | Every 1–2 months | | US-A00 manual | RLH71DE, RLH71DE-1 | RCHE0401-1 | 120 V, 60 Hz | Not stated |

The global manual places the washboard in a merged “Once every 2 weeks” cell for base RCHE0401, while EU-A00 specifies every 1–2 months for that same base. The US-A00 table leaves a fixed interval unstated for base RCHE0401-1. The manuals do not establish which RCHE0401 schedule applies to a particular unit or revision. Do not assume RCHE0401 and RCHE0401-1 are interchangeable, or that either base maps to every UK or Canadian retail unit. Follow the manual supplied with your exact robot and base labels; if they do not match, use the instructions for your regional product.

Clean the washboard

Use the interval stated in the manual supplied with your exact base. The global and EU-A00 manuals give different intervals for RCHE0401, while US-A00 leaves the interval unstated for RCHE0401-1. All three manuals describe the following cleaning procedure, but do not transfer one manual’s schedule to a different unit or revision.

  1. Switch off the robot and unplug the base as the manual directs. After mop cleaning, remove the robot from the base and remove the washboard as shown in the exact manual.
  2. Rinse the washboard with clean water and wipe it clean.
  3. Reinstall the washboard in the correct position. Stop if it does not seat normally; do not open the base.

Remove scale from the heating module

The heating module can retain heat and cause a scald. Do not touch it while the base is operating. All three manuals list module care every six months.

  1. Wait until the heating-module surface has reached room temperature before cleaning it.
  2. If scale remains, apply a small amount of 5% acetic-acid white vinegar to the module surface and clean it with an appropriate tool. The manual also permits an appropriate descaler used according to its own instructions.
  3. Do not pour vinegar or descaler into the clean-water tank. Do not use sharp tools or corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid on the module.
  4. Reinstall the washboard. If scale or a heating fault persists, contact Dreame support instead of opening or repairing the base.

The vinegar instruction applies only to the heating module in the base configuration identified by the matching manual. It is not a general robot-dock cleaning method.

Other Aqua10 intervals and drying rules

The multilingual global manual says to clean the used-water tank after each use. Its merged “Once every 2 weeks” maintenance frequency covers the clean-water tank, main brushes, dust-box filter, side brush, and washboard. EU-A00 specifies 1–2 months for the washboard on base RCHE0401; US-A00 leaves that interval unstated for base RCHE0401-1. It lists monthly care for sensors, contacts, vents, wheels, and the base’s signaling area, and marks several other parts “as needed.” Replacement examples are 6–12 months for the main brushes, 3–6 months for the filter and side brush, 2–4 months for the dust bag, and 1–3 months for the mop assembly. These are examples for the named configuration and can vary with use. The US-A00 manual has its own table for base RCHE0401-1; use it for that configuration’s other component intervals.

For the filter and dust box, empty the box and gently tap dust from the filter basket. Do not brush, touch, or scrape the filter surface with a finger or sharp object. The bin and filter may be rinsed with clean water; both must be completely dry before reuse. Use a soft dry cloth for sensors, contacts, the base signaling area, and auto-empty vents. Follow the complete manual for other removal details and intervals.

If the robot or base labels do not match the selected manual, stop and find the exact regional instructions. No UK or Canadian base mapping is established here. For general dock checks, see dock water and emptying care.
