This table follows troubleshooting section 14 of the MEDION 11889 DS manual, MSN 40089311. The warning is identified by the number of white operating-light flashes together with the accompanying beep and symptom. Do not use the flash count as a MEDION-wide code.

White flashes Manual’s condition First check
2 Left drive-wheel error Check the left wheel for dirt or obstruction.
3 Right drive-wheel error Check the right wheel for dirt or obstruction.
4 Floor-sensor message; the robot stops after about one second Place the robot on a flat surface.
6 Anti-fall sensor message Check for dirt and clean the sensor as the manual directs.
7 Battery almost flat Charge on the station or mains adapter.
8 Front impact-sensor message Check whether the sensor is obstructed.
10 Side brushes obstructed Check and clean them with the cleaning brush.
12 Fan error Contact the service department.
14 Battery-charging error Check the connection to the station or mains adapter.
16 Robot stuck on an object Check the robot’s position, remove the object, and set up the robot again.

The manual says not to attempt a repair and to contact MEDION service or an authorized workshop when repair is needed. Switch the robot off before handling a wheel or brush, and do not open the battery or sealed electronics.

If the light count or beep does not match this table, verify the full MSN and consult the manual. For a different robot, see the alert identification workflow.
