Roborock’s US Q10 pages describe four names that are easy to mix up. The S5 and X5 use different mopping systems in Roborock’s descriptions, and the plus product pages make specific dock statements. Use those pages as US listing references; they do not provide a complete cross-market model or dock chart.

Compare the names and systems

Model name Mopping system described on Roborock’s US Q10 page Dock statement on the linked product page
Q10 S5 VibraRise 2.0 vibrating mopping system No non-plus packout is established by the sources cited here.
Q10 S5+ VibraRise 2.0 vibrating mopping system The US listing names a RockDock Plus Dust Auto-Empty Dock and lists an Auto-Empty Dock in the box.
Q10 X5 Auto-Lifting Mopping No non-plus packout is established by the sources cited here.
Q10 X5+ Auto-Lifting Mopping The US listing names an Auto-Empty Dock as a feature. Check the exact local listing and box contents for bundle details.

These are Roborock’s descriptions of the listed systems and products. The plus pages support the dock statements shown for those listings; they do not establish that a dock, replacement part, or accessory fits another Q10 name. Do not infer a non-plus package from its plus sibling.

Treat nearby names as clues, not a decoder

The US Q10 Series page presents different groupings in different sections. Its family-label list groups Q10 S5 with Q10 VF, Q10 X5 with Q10 PF, Q10 S5+ with Q10 VF+ and Q10 VFS+, and Q10 X5+ with Q10 PF+. A separate “Please Select The Purchasing Platform” block presents Q10 VF, Q10 S5+/Q10 VF+, Q10 X5/Q10 PF, and Q10 X5+ as choices. A separate dimensions section groups Q10 S5, Q10 X5, and Q10 VF together, then Q10 S5+, Q10 X5+, and Q10 PF+. Keep all three sections in context when giving a name to support; their overlapping labels do not establish a consistent alias, physical-code, hardware, or regional crosswalk.

Read the manual and station label together

The Q10 S5+ US product page links to a Q10 Series manual. That manual’s cover does not name the four retail variants. Its FCC/IC section lists RRA0TAL for the robot, SPCDZ04RR for the docking station, BLJ24WJ200120P-U for the power supply, and AED09LRR for the auto-empty dock. Those are identifiers in that manual, not a mapping from each code to S5, S5+, X5, or X5+.

Roborock also publishes a separate Q10 Series manual PDF with the same general title. Keep the documents distinct and use the one linked for your product and market. Match the code on your robot and station with the applicable manual; if either differs or the retail name is unclear, ask Roborock to confirm the correct documentation. Do not use a matching family name or power-supply rating alone to select a replacement dock or part.

For a Q10 mop cloth

Roborock’s US store lists a two-piece cloth for Q10 S5 and S5+ and a separate listing for Q10 X5 and X5+. These are claims about those named cloth listings only; they do not establish fit for other parts or markets. See the Q10 mop-cloth fitment guide for the item-specific limits.

Before following model-specific guidance, record the full robot label and the separate dock label, note where the unit was bought, and use the matching manual. If the label and product page do not agree, leave the variant unresolved until Roborock confirms it. The model identity checklist helps collect those details.
