This lookup follows the UK Dyson 360 Eye manual. Do not use its light meanings for another Dyson model or regional manual.
| Indicator | Manual meaning | First response |
|---|---|---|
| Five red lights flashing | A fault the user cannot fix | Contact Dyson support. |
| Red battery light flashing | The robot cannot complete the clean | Return the robot to its dock. |
| Pink lights | A software upgrade is in progress | Allow the update to proceed. |
The manual also distinguishes a dock power problem from a robot fault: if the dock’s “Power on” indicator is not lit, check power to the dock. It identifies dirty or obstructed charging contacts as a possible charging impediment and gives a dry-cloth cleaning direction.
For the camera and sensor covers, the 360 Eye manual calls for a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquids, cleaners, or sprays on them. A five-light red fault has a support boundary in the manual; do not open the robot or try to clear an internal fault.
If the observed lights do not match these patterns, record which light flashes, the number of lights, and whether the robot is on the dock. Check the current manual for the exact 360 Eye variant or contact Dyson. For other models, use the alert identification workflow.
