Narwal’s US catalog groups accessories by named robot and sometimes dock variant. A Freo or Flow family label by itself may not be precise enough: match the full robot name, dock type, product title, and any displayed variant before selecting a kit.

Model pages and catalog groups answer different questions

The Freo X Plus product page presents a Freo X Plus & Advanced Kit as a variant and lists selected compatible accessories. The catalog separately groups items such as a dust-bin filter or roller brush by named families. A catalog relationship for one brush or filter does not establish that an entire kit or another component fits those models.

The Freo Z10 Advanced Kit is specifically stated to apply to Freo Z10 with the Basic Dock. Its listed box contents include a roller brush, six mop pads, a two-piece detangling side brush, detergents, base-station dust bags, HEPA filters, and clean-water-tank sponge filters. Do not extend that result to Freo Z10 Ultra, Z10 Turbo, or another dock.

Other examples keep their qualifiers in the product name: the Flow Advanced Kit is for Flow (Basic Dock), and the Freo Z Ultra accessories pack is for Freo Z Ultra (Basic Dock). The Freo X10 Pro Advanced Kit names Freo X10 Pro. These are separate kit-level relationships, not a universal Freo or Flow interchangeability claim.

Identify the original Flow dock setup

Narwal Support describes two original Flow configurations. The Basic Dock has clean- and dirty-water tanks and supports manual water-tank replacement; it does not support the Auto Refill & Drainage System. The Compact Dock supports only Auto Refill & Drainage, and Narwal says the home environment must meet that system’s installation requirements.

Original Narwal Flow dock configurations: Basic Dock uses clean and dirty tanks with manual tank replacement, while Compact Dock supports Auto Refill and Drainage only.

This system description helps identify the Flow configuration. It does not say that a Basic Dock can be swapped for or converted to a Compact Dock, and it is not a plumbing or installation procedure. The Flow Advanced Kit product page separately identifies its kit as for Flow (Basic Dock); that kit statement does not establish kit fitment for the Compact Dock.

Kit selection path for original Flow and Flow 2: use the named Basic Dock kit only for its stated Flow variant, and keep Flow 2 on its separate lookup.

Keep separate lookups for other models

The Flow 2 kit, Standard versus Compact Dock filters, and Flow/Flow 2/Freo 20 track mop have a separate Narwal Flow 2 accessory fitment guide. For model-grouped Z10 listings, see Narwal Freo Z10 and Z10 Ultra accessory fitment; the Freo S lookup is separate in Narwal Freo S replacement parts and kit fitment.

Check the selected option and current page

Narwal product pages can show variants, kit contents, or stock that change over time. Read the selected option carefully; a shared product page does not mean every selectable kit fits every robot. Confirm the dock printed or identified for your unit when the page specifies Basic Dock, and ask Narwal support if your variant is not named.

These kit examples come from the US storefront. The Flow support description is not a regional kit-equivalence statement and does not establish a UK or Canadian kit listing. An unlisted robot, dock, revision, market, or component is unverified. Check the exact current local product page before ordering.
